Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a profitable book of commercial lines business focused on middle market and large accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting key industries and decision-makers.
- Leverage internal resources such as marketing, analytics, and service teams to deliver outstanding client solutions.
- Structure and negotiate complex insurance programs across multiple lines of coverage.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Mentor and collaborate with account management and service teams for seamless client execution.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of commercial lines production experience with a proven record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to win and retain middle market and/or large commercial clients.
- Established relationships within the insurance marketplace and carrier community.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a significant book of business.
