As Market Director for the Southwest Region, you will lead market strategy, strengthen brand desirability, and drive commercial performance across a portfolio of retail locations. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape market growth, cultivate high-value clientele, and develop high-performing teams in an influential luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market strategies that increase brand awareness, desirability, market share, and engagement with high-end clients.
• Create market-specific initiatives that strengthen relationships within high-end local communities.
• Partner with Marketing and Private Client teams to deliver impactful brand activations, events, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Own commercial performance across the market, including sales targets, profitability, store productivity, and KPI results.
• Develop and execute client strategies that attract, retain, and grow the lifetime value of high-value clientele.
• Collaborate with CRM and merchandising teams to apply client insights and align product assortments with market demand.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Leaders and retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustained performance.
• Identify top talent, support career progression, and build strong succession pipelines across the market.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury fashion or luxury retail industry.
• Proven experience leading multiple retail locations and high-performing store teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering significant commercial results in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, people development, and succession planning capabilities.
• Deep understanding of high-touch clienteling strategies and luxury client expectations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business and customer data into actionable strategies.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales performance management, and store productivity KPIs.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience developing market-specific strategies for high-end local communities.
• Background partnering with Marketing, Private Client, CRM, and Merchandising teams.
• Experience leading luxury brand activations, exclusive product launches, and client events.
• Knowledge of high-end product assortment planning and go-to-market strategies.
• Established relationships within luxury retail, fashion, or affluent client communities.
• Experience managing retail teams across a broad geographic market.
