We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI SaaS company that is transforming how go-to-market teams operate through automation, intelligence, and modern revenue technology. Backed by recent Series B funding and experiencing rapid growth, the company is investing heavily in building partnerships into a major revenue channel and is looking for a founding partnerships leader to help scale that function.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an early but validated partner motion, take ownership of scaling it, and directly impact company growth. We’re looking for a Founding Partnerships Leader to build, scale, and optimize the company’s strategic partnerships ecosystem. This is a high-ownership, revenue-generating role for someone who thrives in startup environments and enjoys building scalable systems, relationships, and growth channels.
While there is already early traction in place, including active partnerships and pipeline generation, this person will be responsible for turning partnerships into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
This role will work cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, customer success, marketing, and product to drive strategy, execution, activation, and long-term partner growth.

This position is onsite in Greenwich Village, NYC.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Growth
- Build and scale the company’s partnerships function into a repeatable revenue-generating channel
- Develop and execute the overall partner strategy across agency, technology, and strategic ecosystem partnerships
- Identify ideal partner profiles, engagement models, and growth opportunities
- Establish KPIs, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and partnership performance metrics
- Continuously optimize the partner motion based on performance and market feedback
Partner Acquisition & Activation
- Source, qualify, negotiate, and onboard new strategic partners
- Build strong go-to-market alignment with partners to generate pipeline and revenue
- Lead partner activation efforts and ensure successful ramp-up
- Create repeatable onboarding, enablement, and engagement frameworks
- Maintain a structured partner pipeline within CRM
Relationship Management
- Own executive-level relationships with strategic partners
- Conduct regular business reviews, pipeline discussions, and expansion planning
- Track partner performance and identify opportunities to deepen engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partnership relationships
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to maximize partner effectiveness
- Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem
- Surface product feedback, market insights, and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate on enablement materials, co-marketing initiatives, and GTM execution
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of direct partnerships experience within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience building or scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact
- Strong experience across agency, channel, technology, or broader ecosystem partnerships
- Builder mentality with the ability to create process, structure, and repeatability in evolving environments
- Demonstrated ownership of partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline/revenue
- Strong commercial instincts and executive communication skills
- Strong technical curiosity and enthusiasm for AI
- Highly organized with strong operational discipline and follow-through
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
