About The Role:
Firefly is looking for our founding Channel & Partnerships hire to build our partner network from the ground up as we exit stealth with real customer proof behind us.
This is one of the highest-leverage seats at Firefly. Channel is a critical revenue motion in our industry and you'll build this function within our GTM engine at its earliest stage. You will spearhead which partners we bet on, how we win and enable them, what the economics look like, and how channel becomes a durable pipeline engine.
We're not chasing laggards. We go after innovative partners with deep customer relationships who want cutting-edge technology, and we're reinventing how those partners deploy, earn, and work alongside us. Our first motion is security integrators, extending fast into MSPs, systems integrators, architecture firms, and technology partners. It's a space that runs on trust, because the stakes are critical - and you'll be the face of Firefly within it.
You are a fit if you have:
- 5 years across partnerships and channel with a track record of building best in class partner programs from the ground up at a Tier 1 technology company
- A killer instinct for cutting through the noise to find innovative partners who want to move fast
- The range to operate across pre-sales, deployment, and customer success - building the programs while staying deep in the deals yourself
- The instinct of an evangelist - you get a market excited about a genuinely new way of working, not just a new product
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, building the systems, programs, and relationships that don't exist yet

This is an in-office role based in our New York City office.

Compensation
The OTE for this full-time position is $160K – $220K, plus equity and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
