As an Electrical Project Manager, you will contribute to modernizing the industry, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, high-quality electrical BIM solutions, all within a flexible and collaborative remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based large-scale projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Manage full project scope, including schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, nurturing strong relationships and effective communication.
- Oversee QA/QC processes to deliver accurate, high-quality electrical BIM models and documentation.
- Coordinate team resources, staffing, PTO, and professional growth for BIM team members.
- Support team career development, training initiatives, and performance growth aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with business unit leadership on planning and strategic project execution.
- Utilize tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project to ensure project efficiency and innovation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience leading large BIM teams focused on electrical systems, ideally within data center projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for electrical deliverables.
- Expertise in project budgeting, cost analysis, billing, and managing change orders.
- Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to utilize project planning tools such as ACC and MS Project.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Evolve software.
- Agile or Scrum certification for project delivery methodologies.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination for BIM projects.
- Experience leading virtual and remote teams in the construction technology domain.
