Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team, embodying the hospitality culture and ensuring accountability across all outlets.
- Oversee event operations, banquets, restaurants, pub, and beverage services, translating plans into consistent execution.
- Maintain high service, cleanliness, and presentation standards through regular inspections and SOP enforcement.
- Drive financial performance by managing revenue, profitability, labor, cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing F&B managers and staff, providing coaching and performance management.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, Rooms, Engineering, and Finance to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and safety regulations, maintaining certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, payroll processes, and audit invoices and schedules for accuracy.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 5 years progressive Food & Beverage leadership in a hotel, resort, or conference center.
- Proven experience leading banquets, outlets, and bar operations.
- Strong financial acumen managing budgets, forecasts, cost control, and profitability.
- Must hold or obtain ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑specific operating systems.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and enforce service standards and operating procedures.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with high‑volume meetings, conventions, or conference center operations.
