An AM Law 100 firm is actively seeking talented Private Clients attorneys at the Associate (3–5 years) and Department Attorney (5–7 years) levels to join its nationally recognized Private Clients Practice.
This group partners closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to build sophisticated estate plans, preserve wealth across generations, and navigate complex tax planning matters. The team is known for its collaborative culture, high-caliber work, and commitment to meaningful professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Advise individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations on estate, income, and gift tax planning strategies.
- Support high-net-worth clients in developing and implementing personalized estate plans.
- Participate in trust and estate administration, including complex planning structures.
- Collaborate across practice areas to deliver holistic client service.
- Contribute to a team committed to innovation, mentorship, and long-term client relationships.
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring across two experience levels:
Private Clients Associate (3–5 years)
- Experience representing high-net-worth individuals and entities on estate, gift, and income tax planning.
- Familiarity with trust and estate administration.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in developing deeper tax planning expertise.
Department Attorney – Non-Partner Track (5–7 years)
- Background in sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
- Hands-on experience advising individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations on estate, income, and gift tax planning.
- Solid tax planning foundation required; LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
Both roles require excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and a client-centric mindset.
