I’m partnering with several leading law firms in New York City, looking for M&A / Private Equity associates. These practices offer the chance to work on high-value, market-defining transactions alongside recognized leaders in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Advise private equity sponsors and strategic buyers on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV agreements, and other key transactional documents
- Manage deal processes, conduct due diligence, and coordinate across internal and external teams
- Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated matters with meaningful responsibility
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in M&A and/or Private Equity at a top law firm
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and project-management skills
- Excellent academic credentials
