Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports long-term workforce planning.
- Oversee daily administration of compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, short- and long-term incentives, health & welfare plans, pension and 401(k) programs, and leave/disability benefits.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to advise on pay equity, market competitiveness, and compliance considerations.
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary structure updates, leveraging Oracle HCM.
- Prepare quarterly Compensation Committee materials for board review and decision-making.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using analytics, benchmarking, and trend analysis; recommend and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all programs meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing total rewards team, fostering growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including 5 years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits design, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and ADP EV5.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- CCP, CBP, CEBS, or similar professional certification preferred.
