Our client, a fast-growing fintech on a mission to make unbiased financial advice accessible to everyone, is hiring a performance marketing manager to join their team! They received Series B funding last year, and are looking to invest in their B2B & B2C marketing strategy.
What you'll do:
This is a true IC role. You'll build, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across search, social, and display — from strategy to execution, no hand-holding required. You'll own budget allocation, creative testing, and performance reporting end to end. This role is perfect for someone who's not afraid to try new things, fail fast and iterate!
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (fintech or financial services a plus)
- Deep fluency in Meta, Google, and programmatic channels
- You think in funnels, not just clicks — you care about CAC, LTV, and payback periods
- Comfortable moving fast, changing direction, and figuring things out without a playbook
- Strong analytical chops; you live in dashboards and love a good attribution debate

This role will pay between $130-170k bonus & equity depending on experience.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
