We’re looking for a Supervisor to guide operations at our 24/7 Secure Withdrawal Management and Evaluation & Treatment Facility—supporting both staff and clients through critical moments of care.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated multidisciplinary team
- Keep operations running smoothly with strong staffing and oversight
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Partner with clinical leadership to drive program excellence
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license WA State credential (AAC, LICSW, LMHC)

Salary : $83,366 - $125,000
