Supervisor – Crisis Relief Center
Want to lead on the front lines of behavioral health crisis care?
We’re hiring a Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our 24/7 Crisis Relief Center—supporting rapid triage, crisis intervention, and a team delivering critical, life-saving services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing crisis response team
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and triage activities
- Ensure safe, effective crisis evaluation and intervention (risk assessment, safety planning, referrals)
- Maintain compliance with Department of Health, Joint Commission, and agency standards
- Partner with clinical leadership to deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care
- Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Experience in crisis intervention or behavioral health settings
- WA State credential (AAC, LICSW, LMHC)
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
