What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Recruiter position at Talent Works?
We’re not like other recruitment businesses. We provide flexible and scalable RPO solutions as a trusted partner to our client companies. Based on our rapidly expanding business here in the US, we are adding to our team and looking for experienced Recruitment talent.
We are looking for an experienced full-cycle Contract Recruiter for a 6-month fixed term contract role. The right candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-demand and varied recruiting challenge. You must have a proven track record of identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent without relying on job postings and applicant flow. You will play a key role in coaching candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment process to ensure the best results for both.
You will:
- Work in partnership with one of our clients, giving you the opportunity to really get to know their business and hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, working with them to define recruitment strategies and key objectives.
- Directly source and engage top-tier talent to fill a wide variety of professional roles.
- Create positive candidate experiences while nurturing future candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with the clients' in house recruiting team to support as needed.
- Use data and reporting to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and to drive hiring decisions.
- Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates to TA teams, hiring managers, leaders and business stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:
- Adept at working on challenging roles without relying on posts and applications.
- 3-5 years as a full-cycle recruiter.
- Experience cold-calling and texting candidates to proactively engage talent.
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Must be located in the MA area - travel to the client site is required.
- Ability to work a traditional 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Experience working within an ATS is required; ICIMS is a plus.
- MS Office required.
- Desire to be part of an integrated team.
