Warehouse Associate – Distribution Center
Location: Belding, MI
Shift: 1st shift (6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday) - OR 11am-9:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $16

We’re looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at a busy distribution center. In this role, you’ll help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements
- Receive and unload inbound shipments and verify accuracy of inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (training provided if needed)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
- Accurately label, stage, and load outbound products
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
- Support team goals to meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods
- Basic computer or scanner experience for order tracking
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
