General Labor – 3rd Shift (Grandville, MI)
Pay: $17.20/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 3rd Shift | 11:PM – 7AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Grandville area. Team members will assist with the production of corrugated cardboard products, perform quality inspections, stack finished materials, and maintain a clean and safe work area. This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting. Responsibilities are consistent with common general labor duties in corrugated packaging manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and packaging of corrugated cardboard products
- Stack, sort, bundle, and palletize finished materials
- Inspect products for quality and report defects
- Support machine operators and production staff as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
