We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Welders/Fabricators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld high-quality components used in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to meet production specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, presses, and other shop tools.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience welding thin-gauge sheet metal.
• Knowledge of HVAC or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Ability to perform basic quality inspections and measurements.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
