JOB OVERVIEW:
The Recruiter is responsible for owning and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for designated positions in response to organizational hiring needs. Additionally, this role oversees the execution of our internship program, fostering a positive experience for interns and the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the recruitment process for Operations and Production roles, from application to hire.
• Conduct a successful intake with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough resume reviews and prescreens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage applicant flow and ensure accurate and timely disposition of candidates in the applicant tracking system
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions and enhance their hiring capabilities by providing education and guidance on role-specific recruiting processes, procedures, and recruiting best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, databases, referrals, and networking, to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Extend offers and process candidates for hire.
• Support recruiting projects and outreach programs.
• Build strong relationships with local Colleges and Universities and represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities (as needed).
• Perform other duties as assigned to support HR department initiatives.
