Position Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join our team. This role is responsible for moving, organizing, and supplying materials throughout the facility to support production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or manufacturing experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking records
- Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse support duties
- Inspect materials for damage and report inventory discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
Qualifications
- Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule
- Full-time positions available
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts may be available
- Overtime opportunities based on business needs
