What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Developer (InterSystems & Healthcare Integrations) position at TALENT Software Services?
Job Description:
Team & Project Context
The Analytics and Solutions Team is spearheading the development of an enterprise-wide Data Hub and Data Portal platform. This strategic initiative aggregates healthcare and non-healthcare data from multiple siloed systems into a single, centralized ecosystem.
Our mission is to cleanse, secure, and analyze this data to drive innovation, streamline operations, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. We are looking for a "been there, done that" developer to join our Data Hub team (currently comprised of one developer and three data engineers) to accelerate the development of the Data Portal—the user-facing application that makes this powerful data accessible to stakeholders across the entire organization.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be a primary architect of the Data Portal. You will build the interface and the backend services that allow diverse stakeholders to interact with complex healthcare datasets. This role requires a high degree of technical maturity, as you will be responsible for translating the robust capabilities of the Data Hub into a seamless, high-performance user experience.
