Join our team for a 5-month project, working remotely from the comfort of your home in Indiana. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and providing top-notch service and administrative support to our largest and most complex defined contribution plan clients.
Your role will include:
- Receiving inbound payroll calls and assisting clients with payroll file complications.
- Responding to client requests for information and resolving administrative or service problems.
- Ensuring all transactions are processed according to company and client standards.
- Processing transactions to complete plan valuations, including contributions, loans, withdrawals, and earnings allocations.
- Formatting and loading data, performing and analyzing tests for defined contribution plans, and addressing plan design issues.
- Requesting and interpreting data, presenting results to clients, and making recovery recommendations.
- Reconciling trust accounting/recordkeeping systems on a plan level and ensuring plan balances align with trust balances through daily balancing and adjustment analysis.
- Coordinating omnibus fund purchases and sales with third-party fund companies.
- Formatting and producing client reports, valuation reports, participant statements, investment performance reports, and necessary tax and compliance forms.
- Participating in client meetings and/or conference calls, maintaining trustee relationships, and discussing plan design, trust reconciliation, payroll consultation, and other services with clients.
Must have:
- Experience in answering telephones.
- Background in customer service.
- Familiarity with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Payroll.
- Experience in client transition implementation.
Salary : $20 - $23
