Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data, assess trends, identify issues and opportunities, and perform root cause analysis in partnership with senior team members. Support senior team members with various projects, tasks, and initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks such as composing written correspondence, pulling reports, gathering data, data entry, and creating reports.
- Assist with partnerships with leaders, identifying, planning, and implementing strategic objectives that align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Serve as a consultant to leaders and employees on HR-related issues, best practices, employment law, and HR policies.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of programs/projects.
- Assist with investigations and advise on employee relations matters.
- Develop summary reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge and ensure system compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, including EEO/AA, Fair Labor Standards Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Exercise independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision.
- Work directly with patients and/or customers.
- Engage with internal customers via telephone or face-to-face interaction.
- Interact with external customers via telephone or face-to-face interaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff.
- Frequently work with individuals at the Director level or above.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or another related field.
