Job Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments to determine care appropriateness and develop care plans.
- Maintain a safe environment and assess for clinical risks.
- Implement treatment programs to achieve goals and restore function.
- Use age-appropriate teaching methods and document patient education.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with agency growth and provide orientation to new employees.
- Required: Minimum of one year of experience in acute, subacute, or home care settings; good customer service and communication skills.
- Required: Graduate of an accredited speech and language program with a Master’s degree; Current NJ ST License.
Salary : $50 - $53
