Nurse Manager GCM

Duties

The Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the clinical and operational functions of a nursing unit. This ensures the delivery of quality, cost-effective healthcare by an educated and competent team. The role promotes a safe environment and ensures all job responsibilities are performed in compliance with professional and clinical standards appropriate to patient age, developmental stages, and special needs.
