- Usability Testing
- Test software applications for:

- Design and develop test automation scripts using automation guidelines
- Support user interface testing and automation frameworks
- Participate in quality assessments to:
- Identify defects
- Expose security flaws
- Recommend optimization opportunities
- Maintain defect tracking databases and testing documentation
- Ensure adherence to QA governance policies, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate with:
- Product development teams

- Provide:
- Test plan reviews
- Test script/scenario reviews

- 5 years of Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience
- 5 years translating:
- Business requirements
- Policy documentation
- Functional requirements into test cases and scenarios
- 3 years of experience with:
- Sahi Pro
- Selenium Automation Framework
- Experience designing and developing automated test scripts
- Strong knowledge of formal testing methodologies including:
- Equivalence Class Partitioning
- Pairwise Analysis
- Experience with test design tools such as:
- PICT
- Equivalent orthogonal testing tools
- Working knowledge of at least ONE of the following:
- Spice
- TPI
- TMMI
- CMMI OPF
- OPD
- PPQA process areas
- 5 years supporting large enterprise or e-business systems
- 3 years of Medicaid or healthcare industry experience
- Deep understanding of:
- Healthcare operations
- Medicaid business processes
- Experience with:
- X12 Standards
- HIPAA EDI Transactions
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Experience working within:
- SDLC / Waterfall methodologies
- Agile environments
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Technical field
- Business field
- Healthcare field
- OR 5 years of equivalent Quality Assurance experience
