- Project management
- Client relationship management
- Process and product improvement
- Manage key IT contract activities
- Lead and support renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts
- Track contract playbook activities and milestones
- Lead meetings with stakeholders, including executive management
- Collaborate with:
- Chief Negotiator
- IS Negotiation Team
- Key vendors
- Asset Services
- IS Finance
