VA Medical Device Sales Representative – Pelvic Health (Remote, US)
Are you passionate about bringing life-changing women’s health solutions to clinicians and patients?
We’re seeking a mission-driven VA Medical Device Sales Representative to accelerate adoption of an FDA-cleared pelvic health device across the VA healthcare system.
This is a high-impact role for a seller who knows how to navigate complex hospitals or federal ecosystems and wants to build a repeatable, compliant sales motion from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive adoption of an FDA-cleared pelvic health device within VA hospitals and clinics
- Convert a warm list of 200 VA practices and 5,000 engaged clinicians into recurring orders
- Educate OBGYNs, pelvic floor PTs, PAs, and nurses on workflow integration and patient benefits
- Navigate VA pathways (e.g., prosthetics, Cerner ordering, administrative committees)
- Execute compliant field sales using only approved messaging
- Track activity & revenue KPIs in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Experience selling into federal/VA, DoD, or large hospital systems
- Medical device or regulated healthcare sales experience
- High EQ, authenticity, and comfort discussing sensitive women’s health topics
- A growth mindset — curious, coachable, resourceful, and low ego
- Strong CRM habits and willingness to make calls, do visits, and follow a cadence
- Startup mentality: scrappy, proactive, and disciplined
Nice to Have:
- Existing relationships with VA OBGYNs, pelvic floor PTs, or VA prosthetics teams
- Familiarity with VA procurement or Cerner ordering pathways
Compensation & Travel:
- Base salary: $75,000–$85,000
- Year 1 OTE: $125,000–$150,000 (uncapped)
- Remote anywhere in the U.S.; must live near a major airport
- Travel: 25–50%
