Are you a data-driven Demand Planner ready to take ownership of forecasting and help build processes from the ground up? A growing leader in the metal roofing manufacturing industry is looking for a highly analytical professional to join their team.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll report directly to leadership, own the forecasting process, and play a key role in strengthening the company’s S&OP function. We’re specifically looking for someone who is not only a strong Demand Planner, but who has also supported or been involved in the implementation and adoption of ERP and forecasting systems.

- Salary up to $100,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Full-time, Individual Contributor role
- Fully onsite in Irving, TX

🎯 Core Responsibilities
- Own and lead the company-wide demand forecasting process
- Partner with Sales and leadership to build and align on a consensus forecast
- Analyze historical data, trends, and market inputs to improve forecast accuracy
- Translate demand plans into actionable production, purchasing, and inventory strategies
- Support and help optimize ERP and forecasting tools as the business evolves
✅ What You’ll Need (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience in planning, inventory, or manufacturing, OR 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience working within ERP systems
- Proven understanding of supply chain concepts, forecasting, and inventory management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and leadership stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with limited structure
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP)
- Experience participating in or supporting S&OP processes
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
