🎯 Hunter Role | B2B Sales | Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative with a strong hunter mindset, someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.
This is a territory-based role (New York City) focused on building a book of business from the ground up within the SMB market.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively prospect SMBs through cold calls, in-person visits, and local networking
- Lead consultative meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships
- Attend local trade associations and networking events
- Keep pipeline activity and forecasts up to date in a CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate internally to deliver qualified talent solutions to clients
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience building a book of business and managing a territory
- Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings
- Strong pipeline and CRM management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $50,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Year 1 OTE: $150K–$200K
