A leading modular construction firm is seeking a full-time, on-site paralegal to own the full contract lifecycle — from negotiation through execution. This is a career-defining opportunity to step into a succession role under the mentorship of a senior industry expert with 40 years of experience.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
• Manage risk exposure, insurance compliance, and contract tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across Legal, Sales, and Project Management to secure favorable terms.
• Leverage tools like DocuSign, SharePoint, and AI-based platforms (Superlegal AI).
• Serve as a trusted liaison ensuring contracts are executed accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of experience in commercial construction (required).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills — diplomatic, persistent, and clear.
• Tech-savvy and open to AI/CLM tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Long-term commitment to a Contract Specialist/Administrator (not a stepping stone to law school).
