We don't rely on inbound leads or hand-me-downs. We build markets. We are looking for an elite Outside Sales Account Executive to spearhead and dominate the Denver Metropolitan Area.

💼 The Daily Grind (What You’ll Actually Do)
This is a 100% high-activity field role. You will own the full sales cycle from scrape to close:
- Hit the Pavement: Execute a high-velocity attack plan with at least 5 in-person face-to-face cold visits daily to local business owners.
- Dial and Hunt: Complement your field presence with 40 daily outbound cold calls to power up your pipeline.
- C-Suite Consultative Selling: Knock on corporate doors, find the real decision-makers, conduct ruthless gap-discovery meetings, and present a bulletproof ROI case for remote talent.
- Close and Build: Drive the entire sales cycle from first cold contact to a signed agreement.
- Dominate the Local Network: Attend local trade associations, B2B events, and chambers of commerce to generate your own ecosystem of organic referrals.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate, high-velocity data and activity tracking within HubSpot.
🎯 The Non-Negotiables (What We’re Looking For)
We don't look at acronyms; we look at track records. If you come from companies like Cintas, United Rentals, Sunbelt, ADP, Gusto, or Office Tech/Copier Sales, you have the DNA we want.
- 2 Years of B2B Outside Sales Experience: You know how to manage a physical geographic territory and plan an efficient route.
- Ruthless Hunting Mentality: You must self-generate 90% of your own pipeline. If you need marketing to give you leads to survive, this is not the place for you.
- Proven Quota Killer: A documented track record of hitting or exceeding targets (President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent 100% to quota).
- Thick Skin: High emotional resilience to handle the cold rejection of B2B door-knocking.
- Local to Denver: Deep knowledge of the local commercial sectors and reliable transportation for daily territory driving.
