We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale a growing national sales organization within the consumer products and distribution industry. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives accountability through KPIs, and is passionate about developing teams and accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-territory sales team
- Drive sales performance through KPI tracking, CRM optimization, and reporting
- Strengthen distributor and retail relationships across national markets
- Analyze sales trends, account performance, and growth opportunities
- Support market expansion, promotional initiatives, and field operations
- Travel regularly for customer meetings, trade shows, and team support
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of sales leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, CPG, beverage, tobacco, route sales, or related industries
- Strong background in sales operations, CRM systems, and performance analytics
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Preferred: experience within smoke shop, hemp, vape, or alternative product industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90K–$110K
- Quarterly Bonus Variable Compensation
- Year 1 OTE: ~$190K
