The Role: End-to-End OwnershipAs our Litigation Associate, you won’t just be researching in a dark room—you will be the face of your cases. Case Management: Independently steer 30–50 active litigation matters across family law, criminal defense, and estate planning.Courtroom Advocacy: You’ll be on the move, appearing in courts and hearings throughout Northern Virginia.Legal Craftsmanship: Draft high-level pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.The "Human" Element: Maintain direct, empathetic, and proactive communication with clients who need your help during tough times.Team Lead: Delegate effectively to our paralegals and support staff to keep the engine running.What You Bring to the TableThe License: An active Virginia or Maryland Bar license in good standing.The Drive: Whether you’re a fresh bar-passer or a seasoned pro, we value transferable skills and the ability to work independently.The Wheels: Reliable transportation is a must for your regular court appearances in NoVa.The Tech: Experience with LexisNexis is required.
