A nationally recognized plaintiffs’ litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Mass Arbitration team. Known for handling complex, high-stakes class actions and employment disputes, the firm provides attorneys with the opportunity to advocate on behalf of individuals in impactful cases.

This role focuses on representing delivery drivers and other claimants in arbitration proceedings and is ideal for a Litigation Associate Attorney or Civil Litigation Associate seeking meaningful work within a partner-track position. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of arbitration, including motions practice, discovery, and hearings

• Represent claimants in employment-related disputes and arbitration proceedings

• Develop and maintain strong attorney-client relationships

• Collaborate with litigation teams to develop case strategies

• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues

• Manage multiple arbitration cases simultaneously

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or Employment Litigation Attorney

• Background in litigation, arbitration, or government investigations preferred

• Active bar membership in good standing (State Bar required)

• Strong academic credentials and legal training

• Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
