Key Responsibilities 🛠
Customer Communication & Inbound Calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and online submissions
- Qualify leads using company-approved scripts
- Deliver warm, professional, and empathetic communication
- Ensure positive first impressions and maintain high customer satisfaction
Outbound Calls & Follow-Up
- Follow up on unscheduled or canceled appointments
- Re-engage leads to maximize appointment bookings
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Schedule and confirm estimate appointments
- Maintain a full calendar and meet weekly capacity goals
- Reschedule missed appointments promptly
- Identify scheduling gaps and recommend process improvements
CRM & Administrative Support
- Accurately input and maintain customer information
- Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics
- Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain supporting documentation
Sales Team Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%)
- Ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows
- Support continuous improvement of SOPs and internal processes
- Maintain positive working relationships across all teams
