Key Responsibilities 🛠

Customer Communication & Inbound Calls

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and online submissions
  • Qualify leads using company-approved scripts
  • Deliver warm, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Ensure positive first impressions and maintain high customer satisfaction


Outbound Calls & Follow-Up

  • Follow up on unscheduled or canceled appointments
  • Re-engage leads to maximize appointment bookings


Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Schedule and confirm estimate appointments
  • Maintain a full calendar and meet weekly capacity goals
  • Reschedule missed appointments promptly
  • Identify scheduling gaps and recommend process improvements


CRM & Administrative Support

  • Accurately input and maintain customer information
  • Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics
  • Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain supporting documentation


Sales Team Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%)
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows
  • Support continuous improvement of SOPs and internal processes
  • Maintain positive working relationships across all teams
