This is a high-impact "Hunter" role where you will be the driving force behind our Texas expansion. You will have total ownership over a Greenfield territory in a $24 Billion market where we currently hold a 0.1% share. If you have the grit to prospect, the savvy to negotiate, and the hunger to build a massive book of business from the ground up, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do 🛠️
- Lead the Hunt: Drive full-cycle sales by identifying new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting.
- Master the Market: Consult with mid-market clients to understand their logistics pain points and offer tailored, tech-driven solutions that improve their bottom line.
- Strategic Ownership: Manage your own sales pipeline and territory, performing "top-of-funnel math" to ensure consistent revenue growth toward $1.5M targets.
- Digital Advocacy: Leverage our world-class digital platform to provide real-time visibility and competitive pricing, disrupting traditional 3PL models.
What We’re Looking For 🔎
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive B2B sales experience (Logistics, 3PL, Freight, or Parcel experience is highly preferred).
- The "Hunter" DNA: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through aggressive outbound activity.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to use data (CRM, market trends) to drive decision-making and territory strategy.
- Competitive Spirit: A resilient, disciplined professional—ideally with a background in competitive sports or high-volume sales environments.
- Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
