๐งฐ What Youโll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing inside/outside sales team to exceed activity and revenue targets.
- Lead weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and EOS Level 10 meetings to ensure accountability and performance.
- Manage sales quotas, forecasts, and activity metrics; report on performance to leadership.
- Establish pricing structures, commission rates, and discount schedules in alignment with company policies.
- Coach, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for sales team members to elevate team capabilities.
- Oversee and participate in prospecting, demos, proposal delivery, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with technical and client success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate solution positioning.
- Actively engage in networking and local business development activities within a 75-mile radius of Ridgefield, CT.
- Ensure CRM discipline and accurate pipeline documentation in ConnectWise.
- Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and MSP best practices.
๐ง What You Bring:
โ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B service-based business, ideally in the MSP / IT services industry.
โ At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing a minimum of 2 direct sales reports.
โ Proven track record of driving 15%โ20% annual revenue growth in a sales leadership capacity.
โ Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including working with C-Suite and IT leadership stakeholders.
โ Consistent achievement of sales quotas and KPIs such as: $X in new ARR / MRR sold annually, Quota attainment rates (% to goal), Pipeline coverage ratio and Conversion rates and deal velocity
โ Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, driving predictable revenue through repeatable processes.
โ Solid understanding of MSP sales cycles, co-managed IT models, SLAs, and recurring revenue streams.
โ Proficiency with CRM systems (ConnectWise strongly preferred), with a focus on data integrity and reporting.
โ Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
โ Comfort working onsite in Ridgefield, CT, with regular travel to sales meetings and networking events in the Danbury / Stamford / Norwalk areas.
โ Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
