The Mission 🚀 You will serve as a critical leadership figure, leading the overall direction of large-scale projects and solving operational execution challenges as we scale. You will be the primary bridge between visionary design and successful project close-out.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Direct day-to-day management of multiple large-scale projects from initiation to close-out.
- Own the Financials: Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Build the Network: Maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Get Hands-On: Conduct site visits (split 70% site / 30% office) to monitor progress, quality, and on-site staff.

- DMV Expertise: Prior experience operating within the DC, Maryland, and Virginia market.
