This is not a “maintain accounts” role — this is a true hunter position where you’ll generate your own pipeline, close new business, and build a long-term book of clients in a high-impact, growth-focused environment.
You’ll be selling tailored fleet leasing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (10–200 vehicles) across industries like construction, HVAC, and logistics 🚛

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups
- Build and manage your own pipeline (HubSpot)
- Run consultative sales processes and present tailored solutions
- Close new deals and drive revenue growth
- Build long-term client relationships (not a churn-and-burn environment)
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of B2B sales experience (consultative, long-cycle)
- Proven track record of closing new business
- Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-starter who can operate independently and own results
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a requirement

- Base: $75,000 – $100,000 (Flexible based on experience)
- Commission: $500 per unit
- OTE: $125,000
