We’re working with a growing U.S.-based manufacturer focused on custom-engineered solutions for industrial OEMs—not off-the-shelf products, but highly technical, project-based work.
They’re hiring a Sales Director to build and scale their commercial function. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you’ll drive new business while shaping the sales structure, process, and future team.
What You’ll Do
- Own new business development and key accounts
- Sell complex, custom solutions to engineering stakeholders
- Build pipeline discipline, forecasting, and sales processes
- Partner with engineering, operations, and marketing
- Help define and scale the commercial team
What They’re Looking For
- 7–10 years in B2B sales
- Experience selling custom / engineered / complex solutions
- Comfortable with long sales cycles (12 months)
- Ability to engage technical buyers
- Player-coach mindset with strong execution
Comp & Details
- $115K base / up to $165K–$190K OTE

- On-site in Cranston, RI ~30–40% travel
