We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Client Services Manager to help lead client communication, support recruiting efforts, and keep searches moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do 🛠️
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process
- Lead kickoff calls, search updates, and strategic hiring conversations
- Partner closely with recruiters to keep searches aligned and moving quickly
- Help recalibrate searches when market conditions or candidate feedback shift
- Build strong relationships and identify future hiring opportunities
What We’re Looking For 🧐
- 1 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, client services, or account management
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Experience in agency recruiting is a big plus
- Must live in the DMV area for occasional client visits and events
Compensation & Perks 💰
- Base Salary: $70K – $75K
- Bonuses: $20K – $25K
- OTE: $95K – $105K
- $200/month health stipend
- $50/month phone stipend
- 3 weeks PTO birthday off 🎂
- Potential annual team trip to Bogotá 🇨🇴
