We are seeking an experienced IT Software Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting the complete software development lifecycle for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom applications while also providing production support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications
- Build, enhance, and support integrations between enterprise systems to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate application and infrastructure vulnerabilities
- Support both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and internally developed applications throughout their lifecycle
- Configure and administer Microsoft-based platforms and technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience administering and supporting applications on Microsoft IIS.
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise identity providers and authentication services.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
