Title: Business Systems Analyst

About the Role
Talent Groups is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a leading enterprise Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for an analytical professional with experience in sales operations, business operations, data analysis, or business systems support. The successful candidate will support partner programs, reporting, data quality, and process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline reporting, including reviewing and approving partner registered deals
- Audit partner submissions to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support onboarding activities for new partners within the partner portal
- Resolve partner inquiries and provide support for PRM tools
- Analyze tool usage, performance metrics, and operational data
- Ensure lead routing processes are accurately followed and documented
- Assist with PRM administration, maintenance, and updates
- Partner with sales operations and business teams to improve processes and reporting
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, business analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting customer or partner inquiries preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms
- Experience with reporting, data auditing, and operational analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
