About the role
We are seeking a Microsoft Infrastructure & Applications Engineer to support and enhance enterprise business applications within a Microsoft-based environment. This role combines hands-on application support, systems administration, integration development, and production troubleshooting across both on-premises and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support integrations between enterprise systems to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Design, develop, test, install, and configure applications and system enhancements.
- Support Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities while adhering to IT standards and change controls.
- Collaborate with users, SMEs, and technical teams and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID identity and access management services.
- Knowledge of networking, hosting, and enterprise application environments.
- Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $55–$65/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Salary : $55 - $65
