Overview
- We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems Engineer with experience in Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves supporting the full application lifecycle, including development, deployment, and production support for both custom and COTS applications.
- Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support applications.
- Build and maintain system integrations with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Identify and fix vulnerabilities.
- Support users and technical teams.
- Follow IT change management and security standards.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years experience in Microsoft stack.
- Strong skills in: Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Experience in development system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Knowledge of networking, hosting, and enterprise environments.
- Experience working in change-controlled environments.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
