What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHS Manager position at Talent Groups?
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Administer and manage a comprehensive HSE program to promote safe work practices, safe working conditions, and regulatory compliance across employees, subcontractors, and sub-tier subcontractors
- Integrate company HSE policies and procedures with client-specific safety programs on data center construction projects,
- Coordinate HSE activities with project stakeholders and clients
- Plan, direct, and conduct periodic HSE assessments of jobsites and offices.
- Coordinate and manage annual HSE training programs
- 5–10 years of experience in an HSE Manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in underground utility construction, civil infrastructure, or similar heavy construction work
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical or data center environments
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
