Job Description

This position will assist the the client Appeals Office in the processing of appeals.

Duties May Include

  • Telephone coverage, data entry, generating and sending correspondence such as hearing appointment notices, abandonment letters, withdrawals letters and hearing decisions; extracting appeals from the eligibility system, copying, scanning and filing.
