They are searching for a skilled AR Manager with SNF billing experience and strong leadership capabilities to oversee a team of 6–7 billers across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop a team of 6–7 AR billers
- Ensure consistency and quality across billing operations in your assigned region
- Oversee batch claim billing, claims, banking, accounting, EMR, and all payor-type processes
- Drive improvements for billing workflows including Triple Check, PDPM, admission tracking, hospice & private billing
- Partner with facility administrators on monthly aging reviews, 120 day AR, month-end close, and performance metrics
- Support recruiting and interviewing for ARC, BOM, and BOA positions
- Participate in AR strategic planning and high-level RCM meetings with leadership
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain all software/user setup
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory SNF billing experience
- Mandatory management experience leading AR/billing teams
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and commercial payors
- Skilled in staff development and performance management
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Great Plains preferred
- Bonus: Experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct (they will transition to one of these after process improvements)
Compensation & Work Schedule
- $130,000–$135,000 base salary Quarterly Bonus Program tied to DSO and collection metrics
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH
- Location: 273 E Beverly Blvd., Montebello, CA (until Whittier facility is completed, approx. 1 year)
