We are hiring for a highly respected construction and engineering contractor with decades of history and a strong project pipeline!
This is a direct-hire Controller role where you’ll work directly with the CEO/Owner and fully own the accounting function.
Compensation & perks:

Scope:
• Full-cycle accounting and controllership
• Cost accounting, WIP, job costing, and monthly close
• AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow oversight
• Direct communication with ownership and banking partners
• Process improvement and financial clarity across projects
