📍 Remote (LA-based) | In-person meetings a few times per month in San Dimas, CA

💰 $115,000–$125,000 base commission

The Opportunity

Our client is a 40 year old and well-respected insurance firm headquartered in San Dimas, CA. They are growing and looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor / Producer who wants autonomy, ownership, and real earning potential.

This is a true producer role—not account management. You’ll be trusted to run your desk, build relationships, and close business without micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Bring in new business through inbound leads and self-generated prospecting
• Build relationships and set client meetings
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through bind
• Work with in-office underwriters to develop quotes and proposals
• Present coverage options and close deals
• Following up on 'warm lead's (approx 100 per month)
• Maintain client relationships with light post-bind follow-up
• Track pipeline and activity in AMS 360, Outlook, and Teams
• Work remotely and in the field, with periodic meetings in San Dimas

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of insurance experience, bonus if you are bringing a book of business
• Experience as a Producer, Sales Executive, or Account Executive
• Active P&C license (required)
• Life license and/or CIC designation a plus
• Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
• Strong Southern California network preferred
