Accountant - HYBRID OPPORTUNITY

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, niche automotive company that builds and customizes high-end off-road adventure vehicles. This is a tight-knit, laid-back team where you’ll see leadership in jeans and t-shirts, but still operate at a high level with strong systems and financial discipline.

We’re looking for a hands-on Accountant to support the Controller and act as a key liaison between internal operations and an offshore AP team.

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Accounting

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate P&L tracking and financial visibility

Operations & Financial Insight

• Track revenue across multiple streams (installs, wholesale, eCommerce)
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and inventory activity
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and missing transactions
• Provide insight into cash flow, margins, and expenses

Team Collaboration

• Work directly with the Controller
• Act as a liaison to offshore AP team
• Help improve processes as the company continues scaling

Requirements:

Must-Haves

• 5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable handling multiple revenue streams
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly

Nice to Have

• NetSuite experience (highly preferred)
• Inventory, job costing, or product-based accounting
• Experience in small business or entrepreneurial environments
• Bachelors Degree
